Dodson & Horrell Chatsworth International Horse Trials

13 & 14 May 2017

The Dodson & Horrell Chatsworth International Horse Trials hosts the first leg of the 2017 Event Rider Masters series. The event combines three days of thrilling equestrian sport with entertainment for all the family in the beautiful surroundings of Chatsworth House.

Chatsworth is home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire and has been passed down through sixteen generations of the Cavendish family.

The house is renowned for the quality of its art, landscape and hospitality and has evolved through the centuries to reflect the tastes, passions and interests of succeeding generations. Today, Chatsworth contains works of art that span 4000 years, from ancient Roman to work by outstanding modern artists, including Lucian Freud, Edmund de Waal and David Nash.

You can expect World class competition, from elegant dressage, to exciting show jumping and nail biting cross country. You can also get involved in an array of entertainment and activities for the whole family, or browse the shopping village which has over 100 high quality trade stands.
