2019 Groom of the Year Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. You can enter the competition via our ERM Facebook social media channel.
  2. Mechanism for entry is to comment and/or reply on the Facebook post and tell us your favourite ERM groom by providing the name of the ERM rider - only those riders listed on the FaceBook Post are eligable to have their grooms entered and voted for.
  3. Entry by any persons employed by ERM, Battenhall, or its suppliers is prohibited.
  4. Online entry will open during the following dates and times: Open: 22nd November 2019. Closes: midnight 25th November 2019.
  5. All entrants must either follow @ERMeventing on Twitter or ERM on Facebook – https://www.facebook.com/EventRiderMasters/– or ERM on Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/eventridermasters/.
  6. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entrants from Facebook to win the prize stated in the post. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for another product.
  7. ERM will carry out the prize draw on 26th November 2019 after the competition closes. Entries submitted after the closing times stated above, will be invalid and not included in the prize draw.
  8. ERM will contact the winner via Facebook Message by 28th November 2019.
  9. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this competition, and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
  10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. The winner’s name will be announced on ERM’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram feed.
  11. In the event that the winner does not get in touch with ERM in response to the message as mentioned in clause 9 above to claim the prize within 10 working days of such email notification, ERM reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  12. ERM reserves the right to disqualify entries for breach of these terms and conditions.
  13. ERM accepts no liability after delivery dispatch of the prize to the winner.
  14. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries are not valid.
